About the fieldbook

Useful guidance.
Clear boundaries.

Plant Hire Services is an independent Australian directory and planning resource. We help project teams prepare better questions for equipment and service providers.

Where business details come from

Provider and service-area records come from the shared iHirePlant directory data source. We present published details such as base location, services and contact information. A missing field means information is not recorded; it does not establish that a service is unavailable.

What our guides do

The fieldbook offers general planning checklists, enquiry prompts and coordination notes. It does not replace a provider’s assessment, operating instructions, site-specific safety planning or professional advice. Examples are planning scenarios, not claims about a named business or completed project.

Location and coverage

A recorded headquarters or state association does not confirm service to every town. Area pages distinguish state-level provider records from local planning context. Confirm the actual equipment, depot, delivery route and dates directly.

Images and company references

Worksite illustrations are illustrative and do not document the fleet, staff or premises of a listed provider. Company names and published brands identify directory records; their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Check before relying on a detail

Availability, pricing and coverage change. Use the provider contact on its profile to verify a fact before booking. If a directory detail conflicts with the provider’s current information, use the confirmed information and ask the provider to update its source record.
