A council’s process applies within its jurisdiction. A city name does not establish the relevant authority for every site in a wider metropolitan area.
Check the council area before checking the permit
The City of Sydney publishes separate construction approvals covering activities such as works zones, hoisting over a public road and work in a public way. That council is one part of Greater Sydney; its process is not a substitute for the relevant council or road authority at another address.

Brisbane City Council describes a work zone as kerbside space beside construction used for loading and unloading. A supplier’s transport quote and the site’s approved receiving arrangements are separate inputs to the programme.

How to read a provider source note
A profile may combine directory fields with a description checked against a provider’s website. The website is a first-party statement about that business, not independent evidence of service quality. The note identifies what was checked and when; it does not verify prices, availability, licences or every directory field.
When current provider information conflicts with a directory field, obtain confirmation directly. A source date is kept with the reviewed content and is not automatically advanced when the page is rebuilt.
